We want you to love your Rumored pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a small restocking fee may apply to certain returns to support our sustainability efforts.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for an instant store credit to refresh your wardrobe immediately.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier listed on your label; once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
